The Morning Air Check

The air in your home changes overnight. Before the day begins, take a moment to notice.

The Practice:

  1. Before opening windows or starting your morning routine, pause in one room.
  2. Take three slow breaths through your nose.
  3. Notice: Does the air feel fresh? Still? Heavy? Cool?
  4. Open a window, even briefly, and breathe again.
  5. Notice any difference.

Notice:

  • There’s no right answer — just gentle awareness of what surrounds you.
  • This small pause connects you to your home before the day carries you forward. Over time, you’ll begin to sense what your space needs — and what feels like yours.
